This Shipping Policy explains how JFLIX Kenya processes, ships, and delivers your orders across Kenya. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
1 Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately. Here's what you need to know:
2 Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary depending on your location within Kenya:

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3 Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders:
4 Delivery Methods
Same-Day Delivery (Nairobi Only)
For orders within Nairobi CBD and immediate surroundings placed before 12:00 PM.
Courier Services
We partner with trusted courier companies (G4S, Wells Fargo, Pickup Mtaani) to deliver countrywide.
In-Store Pickup
Pick up your order at our physical location: Ashwhite House Shop B7, Nairobi. Ready within 2 hours of order confirmation.
5 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- SMS confirmation with tracking details
- WhatsApp notification with delivery updates
- Call from our delivery team before arrival
6 Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided
- Customer unavailable at delivery time
- Refusal to accept the order
We will reschedule delivery at an additional fee of Ksh 200. If the second attempt fails, the order may be canceled without a refund of shipping fees.
7 Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is damaged or lost during transit:
- Report immediately with photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery

- We will arrange a replacement or full refund after investigation
8 International Shipping
Currently, JFLIX Kenya only ships within Kenya. For international orders or special requests, please contact us directly at +254 795 346660 or email info@jflixkenya.com to discuss options and pricing.
